HomePro Publications, LLC was founded in the spring of 2009 as a resource for home owners. Its’ goal is to help homeowners save time and money by avoiding problems before they happen.
About the Author
Brian Scarth is a building consultant and the owner of HomePro Building Inspections, LLC in the Cincinnati, Ohio area. After earning his Bachelor of Science of Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, he spent 10 years doing product design, product testing, and project management of electrical components and consumer goods before deciding to leave the corporate world behind. He has spent the last four years helping home buyers, sellers, and owners understand their homes better. He has earned 15 separate certifications relating to building inspections, indoor air quality, home energy inspections, and other environmental issues that affect the home.
