• You must be present for at least the last hour of the inspection in order to review the inspection and discuss the findings with the inspector.
• A signed liability release form must be received by HomePro Building Inspections, LLC within 5 days of the initial inspection to receive a refund.
• After the release is received, a refund check for the original home inspection fee will be mailed to the party who originated payment.
• A check will be generated by HomePro Building Inspections, Inc. to the inspection company of your choice, in their company name, for their home inspection fee up to 100% of our original home inspection fee.
• The second inspection must be performed by a certified NACHI inspector on the original property and must be completed within 7 days of the initial inspection.
• This guarantee is for the home inspection service rendered. All other ancillary services (i.e. radon testing, water testing, mold testing, etc) are not covered by this guarantee.
