Builder Warranty Inspections
No home is perfect, not even a new home. That’s why most builders include a one year warranty with each new home.
A builder warranty inspection identifies and documents problems so they can be corrected while they’re still under warranty. Don’t spend your time or money fixing someone else’s mistakes.
If your home is currently under warranty, you should schedule an inspection 3-4 weeks before it expires. That way, you will still have plenty of time to notify the builder of any needed repairs.
Pre-Retirement Inspections
Planning to retire soon? Consider the benefits of a pre-retirement home inspection and energy audit.

- Identify necessary repairs and expenses you can expect in the coming years.
- Learn about ways to improve your home’s energy efficiency and prevent rising energy costs from cutting into your retirement savings.
